Inkjet Star, inc. continues to strive for the highest
customer satisfactions. We take a lot of pride in the
quality and the performance of our ink and toner
cartridges. Should you want to return any inkjet or toner
cartridges, for whatever reasons**, within 90 days, we will
give you a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping
and handling*, or a prompt free exchange upon the
receipt of your returned cartridges. Furthermore, to be
eligible for refund or free exchange, the cartridge (s)
return must have at least 70% ink or toner left.
All returns must have a approved RMA# from us to be
eligible for refund or free exchanges..
To initiate a return, please follow this procedure:
** We will not refund or provide a free replacement if the
returned product is not 70% ink or toner fill, even if it is
returned within 90 Days after purchase.
*Shipping charges are not refundable,except when there
is a packing error that we ship you the wrong items.
For the refund of an entire order purchased with free
shipping, we will credit the full purchased price of the
purchased items returned less $4.99 for shipping and
handling charges.
The shipping costs to return the products, regardless of
the reasons of return, including defective cartridges, will
be paid by the customers and will not be refunded or
credited.
Re-stocking fee will be charged if the customers order the
wrong items and wish to return for refund or exchange.
